KicksGroup Inventory Sync Privacy Notice

KicksGroup is operated by Hugo Chapman as a UK sole trader. This notice explains how the private KicksGroup Inventory Sync application handles information received through eBay.

Information processed

The application processes only information needed to manage KicksGroup’s eBay selling activity, including account identifiers, listings, stock-keeping units, orders, delivery details, payments, fees, returns and related messages.

How information is used

Information is used to create and maintain listings, fulfil and reconcile orders, prevent duplicate sales across marketplaces, provide customer service, maintain business records, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.

Storage, sharing and security

Access credentials are protected locally using Windows data protection. Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate the application or where disclosure is required by law. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to prevent unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

Retention and deletion

Personal information is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above. Marketplace account-deletion notifications are processed through a dedicated endpoint. Affected personal information is deleted unless it must be retained for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or another legal obligation.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
